JAY HAYDEN - FOUNDER
Since completing my secondary school education in 2001, I have been actively involved in the LETTINGS and PROPERTY MANAGEMENT industry.
It all started with my first job at a small one-man band operation. After working hard to expand the business, I was granted partnership at the age of 24. Over time, our efforts paid off, and the business gained recognition as one of North West London’s premier lettings agents. Our success caught the attention of one of London’s largest corporate companies, which acquired our business. In this new role, I served as the North West London Director, further honing my skills and expertise in the industry.
I established Preston Laine Property Consultants – named after the middle names of my two sons – as a result of the frustrations of working in a large corporate environment which was unable to replicate the level of personal service I had provided as an independent agent.
In recognition of my commitment to exceptional service, I was honoured with the Allagents.co.uk, UK LETTINGS AGENT OF THE YEAR AWARD in both 2012 and 2013.These accolades were based solely on client feedback, reinforcing the value of my highly personalised approach.

Preston Laine will not charge any additional fees for organising, administering or providing any of the following 3rd party direct services:
- Compliance
- Inventory checks
- Renewal tenancy agreements
- Arranging maintenance or tenancy preparation works before the start of a tenancy
Please note that fees will be advised on application as each service can vary.
PAYMENTS
Preston Laine accepts the following methods of payment (Late payments will be charged at 3% above the Bank of England base rate):
- BACS
- CHAPS (£30.00 per transaction)
